Fast Track
Upfront Fees
The fees are broken down into two parts.
- Auditing
- First Debt £350
- Subsequent Debts £250 each
- 10% of the debt balance
Fees can be paid via credit/debit card (including a card that is being used for Debt Write Off - in which case a surcharge is levied), bank transfer or Cheque. Auditing will not start until funds have cleared. It is important that you make any necessary payments to your lender until you are told the outcome of the audit. At the outcome you will be told whether to stop payments for that debt because the debt has been accepted or given a full refund of your fees if the debt is enforceable. In which case you need to continue paying.
(NOTE:If you cannot pay the fees up front we can arrange for some of the fees to be paid over a 6 month period. This method incurs additional costs. Please ask for details.)
Example fees

- Total Saved by you £10,000 - £1,350 = £8,650
2) Six Credit Cards with a total balance of £27,000:
- Up-front fees - First Credit Agreement £350, Subsequent Credit Agreements £250 each PLUS 10% of the total debt balance
